Lockheed Hudson Mk.IIIA Airborne Lifeboat set

1/72 scale VACUFORM & DECAL enhancement set.

Provdes a vacform rendition of the Uffa Fox Naval Airborne Mark I wooden life boat carried by Hudson IIIA aircraft for Air-Sea Rescue (ASR).

Made for the Special Hobby (SH-72518) or Airfix Kits.  Italeri also reboxed the Special Hobby kit as IT-1253.

This set is designed for use with DK Decals sheets:

* DK-72031 for the RAAF, or

* DK-72032 for the RNZAF.

This set provides correction serials and side number (only) for RAAF A16-214.  Use DK-72031 for the rest of the markings.

Codes and serials are provided to model RAF V1958, OS-T of No.279 Squadron.  (The RAF option is not present on the DK sheets noted.)

The instructions include Colour Notes that cover RNZAF NZ2063. Use DK-72032 for all markings.

The instructions also provide information on simple modifications to accurately portray the Mk.IIIa fitted with the Life Boat.
